Sibling love is the sweetest, isn’t it?!
I find it extra heartwarming when I see two of the babies that I carried in my womb, growing and coming to a place in life where they are now able to play together. This morning, I sat back, watched, and smiled as Jack (3) and Kaitlyn (6-months) played together.
Here are some of the sweet moments that they shared together.
Kaitlyn is 6 1/2 months old now and nothing seems to hold her back these days! She is on the move and that means that Jack’s toys (and Jack for that matter) are no longer safe!
Kaitlyn absolutely LOVES her big brother!
Thankfully, he is accepting of her love most of the time.
Kisses for Jack! He was okay with this until he realized that she is a sloppy, toothless, teething kisser!
Awww!!! Kaitlyn loves to hug, too!
More kisses! At this point, Jack doesn’t seem to mind. :)
I put pillows down to give Jack a little bit of room, but Kaitlyn is more than happy to pull herself up and stand to get a better view.
Now this is when Jack starts to question having a sister. He’s not too keen about sharing his toys.
Kaitlyn continues to watch as Jack builds away.
Kaitlyn knows that she can just climb right on over. She is strong and persistent.
My beautiful “babies”. I love just sitting back and observing them.
Moments that mean the most.
She just cannot get enough and neither can I.
This sweet face. Where did the past 6 1/2 months go?
These precious moments go by way too fast. I treasure every moment.
I treasure sibling love.
These are the moments that matter most to me.
These are the simple, everyday moments that make life worth living.
